General Terms
Please read these Terms & Conditions
carefully before booking any services with Platinum Voyages Travel. These terms
outline your rights and obligations, as well as our responsibilities. By making
any payment (deposit or full payment), you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings, Deposits & Payments
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of
USD 1,000 per person is required at the time of booking. In some cases,
depending on the tour or services selected, a higher deposit may be applicable
and will be communicated in advance.
All bookings are subject to availability
and are considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit. If
payment is not received within the specified time, the booking may be cancelled
without prior notice.
The remaining balance must be paid within
the timeframe advised at the time of booking. For reservations made closer to
the departure date, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
Any amendments after booking confirmation
may incur additional service or processing charges.
Pricing & Inclusions
All prices are quoted per person unless
otherwise stated and are typically based on double occupancy.
Prices are subject to change due to:
- Currency exchange fluctuations
- Government taxes and levies
- Supplier price changes
Final pricing will be confirmed prior to
departure.
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they
have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any required
permits or health certificates.
Platinum Voyages Travel is not liable for
any denial of boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to incomplete or
incorrect documentation.
Cancellations & Changes
Due to the specialized nature of travel
arrangements, third-party suppliers often impose strict cancellation policies.
Platinum Voyages Travel does not control these policies and cannot make
exceptions to applicable charges.
All cancellation requests must be submitted
in writing via email. A cancellation will only be effective once
received and acknowledged by us.
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- More than 90 days prior to departure:
USD 500 per person (higher charges may apply for certain tours) - Between 90 and 60 days prior to departure:
50% of the total tour cost - Within 60 days of departure:
100% of the total tour cost (no refunds will be issued)
Additional supplier-specific cancellation
charges may apply where relevant.
Airfare Policy
Airfares are subject to the terms and
conditions of the respective airline. Some fares may be non-refundable or carry
cancellation penalties.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to
review and understand airline rules at the time of booking. Platinum Voyages
Travel is not responsible for airline-imposed charges or restrictions.
Changes & Amendments
Requests for changes to confirmed bookings
(including dates, names, or itinerary) may result in additional charges.
Certain changes close to departure may be treated as cancellations and
rebookings.
Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for any unused
services, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or sightseeing.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers
purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical
emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays.
Platinum Voyages Travel will not be held
liable for any losses that could have been covered by insurance.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for meeting all
health requirements of their destination, including vaccinations if required.
It is advisable to consult a healthcare professional prior to travel.
Transportation & Third-Party
Services
We act as an intermediary between travelers
and independent service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport
operators.
While we select reliable partners, we are
not liable for:
- Service delays or cancellations
- Acts or omissions of third parties
- Loss, injury, or damage during travel
Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to modify travel
itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen
circumstances. Alternative arrangements of similar standard may be provided
where necessary.
Luggage
Travelers are responsible for their luggage
and personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for disruptions
caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political
unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
Platinum Voyages Travel shall not be liable
for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, or additional expenses arising
during travel. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid
for the booking.
Use of Photos & Media
We may use photographs or videos taken
during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included,
please inform us in writing prior to travel.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed
by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the
courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
